Your logo on the login page

The login page shows your agency logo from HighLevel. Upload it in Settings → Company → White Label → Logo (“Update brand logo”).

For the best result use a PNG or SVG with a transparent background, about 350 × 180 px and under 2.5 MB, so it sits cleanly on light, dark and photo backgrounds.

The Terms and Conditions line appears once you add your Terms & Conditions URL under White Label → Policies. Sign in with Google shows where Google sign-in is enabled for your HighLevel account.

Where it applies

Only this sub-account gets the new look. Your other sub-accounts and the agency view stay plain HighLevel, from the same single install.

How to find the Location ID

Open that sub-account in HighLevel.
Look at the address bar. The ID is the part after /location/:…/v2/location/n3LQkhEfokxbrxga1Xl5/dashboard
Or open the sub-account's Settings → Business Profile and copy its Location ID.
Pasting the whole link is fine. The ID is picked out for you.

What single sub-account code needs

The sub-account's Location ID (above).
Both parts of the code pasted once at agency level, in Settings → Company → White Label → Custom CSS and Custom JS. The JavaScript is what switches the design on for this sub-account.
Your team and client open the sub-account in your normal HighLevel app or white-label domain.

Stays plain HighLevel: the login page (no sub-account is chosen yet) and the agency view. When the list changes, copy the updated code and paste it again.
